Block Party: Bless This Press!

The Block Party was our inaugural event in the pop up space at 237 Hancock. Close friends were given linoleum blocks and invited to pull prints, which they could trade as keepsakes from the evening.

In keeping with the philosophy of the all encompassing or total work of art, Alessandra screen printed tortillas with food safe materials which were then finished by our close friend and gourmand Naomi Edwards.

Gesamtkunst Werkshop has held on to these blocks, not with the intention of ever printing them again, but to act as calling cards for those we would like to work with again in the future.
